CAPITAL ROADS CONTRACTING & GEN MAINTENANCE is an ELECTROMECHANICAL company in Abu Dhabi. We Proprietors worked with reputed contractors and clients with more than 15 years in UAE construction market
The company’s success has been soundly built on a reputation for quality, reliability and service its business portfolio ranges from Construction for Multistory residential, Commercial & Hospitality Towers and Fit-out works for Retail shops, Commercial buildings, Hospitals, Villas, Banks, Offices, Hotels, Lounge Etc...

AIR CONDITIONING WORK
HVAC designing, supply, installation and maintenance for high rise towers buildings, villas, offices, shed structures, central Air conditioning, Chilled rooms, VRF type units, DX systems, Control circuit for server ductwork and ventilation, dehumidifiers. Ductwork and ventilation works of all type, chilled water piping designing and installation and refrigeration plants designing and installation.
PLUMBING WORKS
All type of sanitary works, water supply and drainage works related to Building, factories, warehouses, clubs etc. storm water drainage, central Filtration and central heating systems.
FIRE FIGHTING WORKS
All types of firefighting related works- piping, sprinkler heads, firefighting pumps, standalone type fire Extinguishers. Fire Extinguishing systems, fire hydrants and FHR cabinets.
